What we collect
We collect account details, workspace configuration, contractor contact details entered by customers, uploaded documents, workflow activity, and limited technical records needed to secure and operate the service.
How data is used
Data is used only to provide document collection, review, expiry tracking, reminders, billing administration, support, security, and legal operation of ContractorKeep. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.
Customer responsibility
The customer decides which contractor data and documents to collect and is responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis. ContractorKeep acts as a software provider and does not decide a customer's legal requirements.
Retention and deletion
Workspace owners can request export and deletion. Deletion uses a short cancellation window before tenant data and stored files are removed, subject to limited records we may need to retain for security, billing, or legal reasons.
Subprocessors
The beta uses Supabase for database, authentication, and private storage, Netlify for application hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for subscription billing in test mode.
Your rights and contact
People may ask the relevant ContractorKeep customer to access, correct, or delete contractor data. Account holders can contact ContractorKeep through the support details supplied with their beta invitation.
