The service
ContractorKeep provides software for customers to collect, store, review, and monitor contractor documents according to requirements the customer configures.
No compliance advice
ContractorKeep does not provide legal, regulatory, insurance, or compliance advice and does not independently certify a contractor's legal compliance. Workflow labels describe document status inside a customer workspace only.
Beta availability
The beta is provided for controlled evaluation and may change. Free-tier infrastructure does not provide enterprise-grade availability, guaranteed recovery, or a service-level agreement.
Acceptable use
Customers must use the service lawfully, keep account credentials secure, upload only information they are entitled to process, and must not probe, disrupt, or bypass access controls.
Customer content
Customers retain responsibility for their content. ContractorKeep processes it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.
Paid launch
Commercial billing, liability, renewal, cancellation, and data-processing terms will be finalised and professionally reviewed before live charging is enabled.
Trials, renewal, and cancellation
The controlled beta Business preview does not take payment details and does not automatically charge. If a paid trial is offered, the checkout and trial-ending notice will show the trial length, recurring price, renewal behaviour, and the online route to cancel. A trial without a payment method ends without a charge. The exact notices, cooling-off rights, and cancellation wording remain subject to professional review for the jurisdictions and customer types we accept.
